Pleasant Hill Construction Ltd. has been in the construction business since 1991. We started out as a framing contractor and progressed through the years to being a general contractor. We handle motel and multi-family housing projects up to 60,000 sq.ft. and even larger commercial buildings, and possess the skills and capacity to take these projects from concept to completion. We employ skilled labor and specific equipment required to handle these types of projects and do so within a cost effective and timely manner.
We utilize an impressive technology to secure our job sites. It is a motion activated wireless camera system that monitors our construction sites and provides a live feed to our computer in real time, anytime, from anywhere. This insures security on your job site, less theft and other deterrents, and allows us to view how weather or other conditions might affect adversely the site if we’re not physically there. Pleasant Hill Construction Ltd. prides itself on working with the owner(s) and/or designated project manager regarding selection of trades and subcontractors on a cost plus basis or we can do a guaranteed contract. This helps owners control a great deal of the costs related to the project. We provide computer generated drawings that are detailed yet easy to read and understand.
